If anything disabled people should have to pay more, because of the extra paint for the wheelchair pictures.

You are so wrong on so many levels :)

Can someone please explain why if you're disabled you get to park in a lot of places for free? I agree with special disabled places nearer to entrances etc, but why should it be free?

Disabled - less able - less able to work - less work - less money.

Why don't those with cars and unemployed get 'Unemployed' spaces for free? But over the other side of the car park away from the doors.

From what I read that's a life style choice

Bet you laughed though you wicked woman (Toby too)

You have to prove you are very disabled to get a badge, they don't just hand them out to all disabled people. That group rely on very little money and can't get work to boost their income on a permanent basis, fit and able to work don't get it free because they can always do cash in hand etc to get money

Hang on, so if your disabled, your less likely to work, therefore have less money? What a load of shit. Disabled people will receive benefits, so they can afford parking. Why don't retired people get free parking based on this not having a job theory? What about the unemployed, should they receive free parking?

I don't know if they'll let you drive with an acquired brain injury rick, maybe check with Swansea before applying for a badge.

Another one with no idea about being disabled and the benefits recieved and all the additional care costs needed just to function and get out of the house
Disabled people are not less likely to work, they can't work and are getting by on a very low fixed income
