Perhaps dropping to fifth and no CL will give this club it's focus again, if the whole thing revolves around top four then our foundations may as well be fucking porridge, is that it's all about finish top four rinse and repeat?

I really find it hard to believe a city fan thinks it would be best dropping into the Europa. Actually any fan who wants Europa instead of champions league is mental. Ive seen a few posts like this over the last few weeks. Im sorry if I'm coming across as a knob, but why do you think it would be better off if we was in the Europa rather than the champions league?

The players bar the odd few won't care less, City is not their club, it's the club that employs them, most won't care if we finished mid table if they knew they were being sold on in the summer or if they knew they could go to a better team.

That's the whole point mate, not just you but to many people think throwing £150 million at it is the answer, all the other big three will be spending big- right now we are fourth in line, Neville is right and I hate saying it, we are down the pecking order.
