Like it or not mate, but once the Xmas fixtures are done and dusted we are in the business end.
Not that you'd notice with some of our performances which give off more of a preseason friendly vibe.

I guess folks just want change for the fuck of it. If he had brought in Kelechi and our momentum died, same folks would be here claiming he made a dumb change bringing in an inexperienced lad and killed our momentum.

His decisions were fine. We were playing well, and he pulled the only player who seemed off his game.

Oh wait, you are right, we should have pulled Navas and kill the space he was creating. Or perhaps Pellars could have asked what's his name to sub out Howard, perhaps he'd be a genius then.

You struggle to read don't you. No, I said take out with yaya or Fernado and silva could have dropped into midfield and that would give us a 4-4-2.
It finished 0-0. That suggests what we were doing didn't work. Maybe my subs wouldn't have worked either but it'd have been proactive which when you're wanting to win the league is the least you should be.

I've been a critic of Pellegrini this season, but I agree with your assessment 100%. We played ok first half and were excellent in the 2nd, and there was little else he could have done, bar shoot Howard and that useless c*nt of a referee

The only couple of criticisms I would have had was that the Silva sub should have been 10 mins earlier and I would also have tried Kolarov and Delph for Clichy and Fernando. Neither of those subs could have stifled any momentum.

I dont want to make this about Bob v Pellegrini as both where fantastic managers but the constant belittling of any of Pellegrini's achievements as being down to Bob are frankly so fucking ridiculous its laughable.

Bob didn't leave us with a winning side, he left us with a losing side and Manuel changed that in the same way Bob did post Hughes.

Disagree mate. Sacking rm prior to cup final ensured we lost. By all accounts he never even went into dressing room that day. Your right though I'm not comparing the two as there actually is no comparison in terms of their managerial careers rms trophy count speaks for itself against mp. My reason for saying he is nowhere near top class is that he has not improved a single player at this club individually let alone the team itself. He brings nothing.
