Just useless. He has the odd game where he does his homework and gets things right but the vast majority he gets his team wrong or rotates for no fucking reason and ends up having to fix his mistakes with subs in the second half. Be nice to have a manager who does his homework, picks the right team and has a gameplan instead of just "we'll score one more than you".
