Honestly, i cant be arsed tonight and will re watch the game again first thing in the morning when I've calmed down before giving my thoughts but i can guarantee it wont go as far as wanting him sacked.

Stayed off the forum this evening because i knew what it would be like and a brief 5 mins browse hasn't disappointed unfortunately.
That's what happens when your team gets walloped at home by an average team. People are pissed off.
You can re watch it a hundred times mate, there's not going to be any improvement.
Pellegrini isn't getting sacked however many posts are made demanding it. He's got the safest job in the league this year.

Got away with it against Norwich, and my outburst on this thread was laughed off, then against Villa we were lucky to scrape a point, but worst yet, at home against a side that is mid table at best, we get beaten 4-1.
If people can't see how tactically stupid our manager is then you need your eyes testing.
Not calling for him to be sacked, but the sooner he's goine the better for me.

Bring back Hughes

Last 2 games sum MP up for me. Vs Villa who barely threatened s shot plays a solid 3 in midfield and no striker. Then against s team everyone knows will press abandons the midfield 3 to replace them with 2 lads who would get outpaced at walking football.
I've never thought him good enough even in season 1 but tried to give him the benefit of the doubt since he has shown he can get it right but today he was back to his shocking worst.
That said, the lack of mental strength or game nous from the players looked clearly obvious today. I don't know why this happens but was similar to that terrible patch last autumn v CSKA, Newcadtle league

Too far.

Is Mancini available? At least he would change tactics during a game.

I couldn't care less whether Kompany or Hart didn't like him, at least he created a consistent winning team mentality.

Now I dread when we have big games, we all know Pellegrini is tactically inept ("engineer" my arse)!

Imagine what a world class manager would do with this squad. Will we ever get the chance to find out, or are we waiting until Silva, Kompany and Aguero join Yaya on the scrap heap? We're wasting away the true potential of this team.
