Should have gone in the summer. Anyone can make a mistake but someone who makes the same ones over and over again. His team show no passion, no determination and no clue. All down to the man in charge.

He's holding us back and how the owners have persisted with him for so long baffles me. He doesn't seem able to motivate, organise or show any ounce of passion when we're in the shit. You can't invest so much in a club, not even from the players but as a club and have a manager like Pellegrini at the helm.

Stubborn, tired old selections have cost us countless times this season to the point where I actually don't even think he gives a toss.

His selection of Fernando and his lack of urgency today when we could all see how it would unfold after 10 minutes was frustrating beyond belief and then his subs, well that was the the final straw for me.

He should have gone in the summer, now we're in a position where we have a clueless manager in charge mid season, and no real options to change.

yes. play the same way every fucking game, managers tactics, formations, team shape shambles.

he does not know how to change during a game, does not adapt the game, if things are going wrong. does not adapt to injuries, so setup properly to play away from home.

he is just not good enough.

There comes a time when every manager has to show passion for the fight. MP displays none of this. His time is clearly up. It's just a question of when.

He deserves to be sacked but only if we have a plan B

Its a question of saving the season while there is still something to save...leave it and this continues and not only with CL be done and dusted, probably too late anyway, but the top 4 will be at serious risk.

I said it before he should have been sacked in the summer. Now with pep lined up for the summer it makes it more difficult to work out who to bring onboard at this stage...at this point i'd stick viera in charge.
