Dishonored and Hitman: Absolution (PC) First Impressions

Hello blues, I've been in a sneaky sneaky stabby stabby mood this weekend and as such have recorded some First Impression reviews of stealth action games Dishonored and Hitman:Absolution.

Dishonored:

POSITIVES
Beautiful graphical aesthetic.
Well executed stealth/action mechanics allow for a mix of playstyles
Fun range of supernatural powers
Lots of collectibles and places to explore
Lots of replayability, due to multiple ways to eliminate targets

NEGATIVES
Chaos mechanic can make gameplay restrictive
Lethal/Non Lethal weapons are imbalanced

Hitman: Absolution

POSITIVES
Gorgeous presentation
Excellent sound, music and voice acting
Immense satisfaction from successful hits
Great use of environmental elements for kills/distractions

NEGATIVES
Patient nature of gameplay may not be for everyone
QTE unarmed combat seems lazy and ill though out
Disguise system leaves a little to be desired

I've not actually played much if blood money, but the original is a classic.

Dishonoured - Brilliant, like an improved Deus Ex, Get it.

Hitman: Absolution - Fucking wank, dumbed down cash grab, avoid like the plague. Get Blood Money for 1/10th of the price.
