I'm sure it's not someone who affects a very smarmy front...I recall a senior detective who worked on the Savile case saying recently that the police have for years been trying to feel the collar of another well-known public figure for serious sexual misconduct but had been repeatedly stymied by insufficient evidence to bring the matter before the courts.
