Staples do it while you wait if you have one near you

Are you sure? this isn't wirobound or ringbound. This is proper bookbinding with a printed spine with gold-type. It's very specific stuff.

why has it gotta be so fancy?

Fuck knows - but if you submit in a plastic binder, they won't even look at it. It's a load of old bollocks as far as I'm concerned, and it sounds expensive too... but them's the rules.

-- Sun Aug 21, 2011 9:41 am --

I'll have a look mate, been researching it a little this morning. My missus seems to think she can have it done in a few hours - I reckon it'll take 2 days. If any BMers can recommend a contact who does this type of binding - it'd be a big help.

Cos to be honest I'm sick to fucking death of all this studying shite and not earning a salary for 5 years. In the middle of the biggest recession ever. Just one last push, get it completed, bound, submitted and then she can sign on with the rest of the studes.

Not particularly local but I had mine done at Walkers bookbinders on Campus at Salford Uni. Exactly as described with the gold type etc and they will do it either same day or 4 hours for a (rather exorbitant) fee.

Luckily my employer covered the £85 it cost me to get two copies done but still annoying having to shell out for that.
