Distin to come back

With us needing a new centre back and Distin wanting to leave, we could get him for as little as £5m. He can play at left back as well so he could be a Lescott alternative. I hold no anger at Distin for leaving us as, if you look at it from his perspective, he wanted to further his career. Don't forget we could hardly score that season and never looked like a team who could challenge for honours, especially the title.
When speaking to the guy who sits next to me at matches, he told me that Distin came into his restaurant and told him why he had to leave, not for the money. I feel that a few of the papers may pick up on the story and perhaps he would be a good signing?

we should of made it 150 dam

Apologies will be made when he signs. I will be expecting a big banner over the south stand saying NASHARK WAS RIGHT and then have "the loyal supporters of Manchester City thank you" underneath in arabic. White and gold text please.

im sure he left and said he wants to join a club to try and win trophies, fook him, i dont want him back, much better out there, wouldnt mind Van Buyten back though, any thoughts???

He's won an FA Cup, so he was right.

Good call on Van Buyten though, absolute class.

I don't have a problem with Distin. He signed a five-year contract and saw it out. He let himself be wound up a couple of years ago though.

no thanks...he's an arrogant merc.Dunne could've gone but didnt.he deserves to be on this journey.Distin doesnt.

Agree on both counts mate, there's no way I would want that twat back at City. Dunne on the other hand deserves to stay after 9 years loyal service and will still do a job for us albeit maybe not first choice.
