Divine Mukasa

He is a big talent. It will be up to the senior professionals to teach him the work-ethic and commitment required, and for him to embrace it. If he does, he has the chance to become an absolutely top player. He has a laconic style, but vision and grace allied to physical power, which is an unusual combination.

I see no reason he can't be getting loads of cup minutes this season.

Obviously he is our most talented current academy prospect, but he shouldn't be a proper team player.

Have him do a full proper EDS, and rotate training with first team for cup games, that should be a good first step.

Then next year, perhaps when Bernie, Gundogan and Kova leave, he then has a proper pathway as a squad player. As does Echeverri and Nypan.

Bah and Reis for the older CBs, it's crazy how all our old players already have replacements.

I thought he was fantastic at the weekend.
I watched the match on a poor stream and didn't know he was on the pitch.
I saw a slide tackle in the second half from him near the side line and thought it was Rodri, I didn't know Rodri wasn't in the lineup .
After that he was everywhere and I had to Google his number to see who he was because it didn't correspond to the Livescore lineup.

This lad is a huge talent and I hope to see a lot more of him in the future albeit this season it will probably be cup games.

Can't be right that, I read on bluemoon that peps not bothered and wants to run us into the ground to cement his legacy, FFS

I think this is correct, though the competition for most talented is SERIOUS: Mfuni, McAidoo, and Gorman, for example, are a little younger but very gifted.
We have to be aware that vultures will circle for those who believe they should be getting minutes, and that Viana has said one of his priorities is to see academy players through to the first-team.
BTW. The U18 match on Saturday is live on City+

I've heard pretty much all U18 and EDS matches could be on CITY+ this season which would be brilliant.

Has to be good with that name, talk about parents putting pressure on kids.

My school mate Cunty Harrison thrived without added expectations.

Heard the lad is quite the comedian though.
