Do ESPN not like us now as well?

Have sent an email to ESPN voicing my "concerns" about the volume cranking. Anyone who says its paranoia can, quite frankly, bog off. It's not paranoia when I was sat near a rag watching the game and this person noticed it too.

No, but it is paranoia if you imagine things that aren't there

Why would so many people bring it up if it wasn't there? If you recorded the Leicester game, go and listen for the "You're just a sh*t Man United!" chants and listen to the very, very, very obvious increase in microphone volume.

Because they're paranoid. This thread has to go down as one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read. I mean think about it. If you went on an Everton or Spurs forum and heard their fans saying that ESPN were turning up the volume when the fans of their opposition were singing negative songs about them you would think them mad, deluded and very, very petty.

However it has provided me with hours of entertainment so keep it coming. Maybe after you've listened back to the recording another 14 times.

During the Leicester game they talked about the Poznan and even refered to it as the Poznan, showed you lot doing the Poznan. They commented on the 24 min thing and went as far as saying is was a great gesture from our fans, so in my oppinion ESPN are in no way shape of form "anti City"

I did however notice the sound level rise when the away fans were singing "your just a shit Man Utd" at the time I just thought it was an error and they turned it the wrong way due to the swearing (still do). It did happen but I havent noticed it happen again due to not seeing the other games on ESPN.

Good god, the paranoia is far worse than I thought when I looked at the thread initially. I thought the OP was referring to the fact they tried to drown our chants out so it made us look like we didn't have many fans, yet what he does infact mean is that they tried to amplify Leicesters negative chants towards us to make us look stupid?!!! Have I got it right now, is that seriously what people believe happened

ESPN, SKY, BBC, and ITV always reduced the sound of the home fans at Old Trafford, whilst increasing the volume of the away fans. I've listened to this over 17 times and it's true.

Bastards.

It's been picked up on in this blog too. Perhaps there's something in it, has anybody complained to ESPN?

One of the few blogs I enjoy reading
