I drink slightly more than the OP ,over about 4 nights a week, but I hardly ever go out drinking. I am actually a bit of a lightweight.

I've said it before on here that by todays logic I'm a functioning alcoholic.
I like a drink at home, usually a bottle of red, some nights less but rarely nothing.
If I'm honest I'd say that giving up drink would be more difficult than giving up smoking and that's from an ex 40+ a day smoker.

true needs to swap the saturday and sunday round and then at least have a few on friday as well
