One of the many many reasons I don't drag the u tube vid over to BM when I post ...is that the vid rarely adds anything to the actual music//track.
I watched a vid of the bellamy brothers yesterday someone had posted.good tune,from the 70s,but the vid of two grown men ..strumming guitars,piped music,....mimining

I always prefer the Reality...the plastic/false /mime thing detracts from what is a bloody good song.

It really depends what you define as live music.
A bunch of kids watching a TV reality show pop star dancing around? It really doesn’t matter.
Actual live music played by artists who write and perform their own work? Of course it matters.
I work in the industry so I’ve got a horse in the race I suppose.
