Its a shame elf n safety in this country is so stultifyingly strict, the Lech Poznan fans really ratchet up the atmosphere with the flags flares and smoke bombs, it does add to the sense of occassion and excitement....we have to balance that against the 55 Lech fans who had eyes gouged out by flag poles, the 7 people who had their heads blown off by flares and 23 fans who suffocated to death because of smoke bombs................probably !!! then again maybe they just had a great time and went home injury free and happy, but whisper that bit...elf n safety would`nt want that to happen would they.
Be great to have one game (Leicester ?) on TV that was a riot of colour noise smoke flames and fun, just to show how we`re ruining football ;))
