I thought it odd (ie a bit risky) that our £'s million of football talent travelled back this way.

They usually get the train to London games, get on/off at Stockport. Usually able to board at Euston without having to walk through all the City fans though.

Was funny on the platform before the train flew by. All the players had to walk through the city fans and got mobbed.
Not sure they enjoyed it!
Was thinking what it would've been like if we'd lost.

Didn't Wenger get abuse at Stoke station when they lost there last season? That's the risk I suppose. Always someone willing to have a go. I remember at Blackburn when Pearce and the players got absolute dogs abuse after that shit performance in the FA Cup.

Hopefully that result will get us back on track and we can use this as a platform to go full steam ahead from now. Never mind the gap, we'll eventually catch up with Arsenal and runaway with the league.
