Understand what you mean but we need Boateng to get some game time

Juventus isnt the game to do that in?

Not Blackpool, Newcastle and Lech are the games to do that in

Dedrick had a blinder - Why change him?

We cant afford to drop points in the league and with him playing in the world cup semi i think he will be able to cope

to answer the OP: of course. We put a full-strength team out for Red Bull, and we will for the rest of this competition.

Boyata obviously picked up a knock against chelsea and has played 2 games this week already so time for a well earned break.Yaya and Tevez also deserve a break, and would like to see Milner in the middle instead, next to Barry and Ibrahim/Vieira.

Would like to see:

Given, Richards/Boateng, Kompany/Kolo (whoever is less knackered), Lescott, Zabaleta, Ibrahim, Barry, Milner, A.Johnson, Silva/Guidetti, Adebayor

But probably wont happen...

the link isn't working for me but the headline says he will have a strong side.

In fairness to the squad, it is escentially that, a squad, where all can do a good enough job on any given night.
Ok, so we know there are an odd one or two who this doesn't really apply to, ie Jo and RSC, but almost all the rest, kids included are starting to look good enough for any game.

If all the posters on this thread put forward their prefered choice, I doubt any two would pick the same line up, which just emphasises my point, and just because we rest 2 or 3 players, does not necessarily mean the team is weaker.

It has to be, that with so many tough games falling so close together, we have no option but to rotate our players intelligently and in any event, with the glut of midfield options we can only ever really utilise half of them at any one time.

Absolutely , Juventus are a big team who can still cause you damage despite their league position . The quicker we get in the europa league wins , the quicker we can start to relax and play a weaker team and rest our players . Also , we beat a team like Juventus , our reputation and stature as a football team grows . It might not be the Juve of old but they are still a big team with a big reputation and I hope we go out all guns blazing . City 2-0 winners , can't see them posing our current defence too many problems tbh and their defence of late is poor and with our attacking talent I think we will take the game quite comfortably in the end
