We even won the award last year.

The new synthetic thingy we put down as seen in the videos on the OS have worked really well and i think Wembley have done it now?

Nearly half the teams in the premier league have it- Desso Grassmaster, very surprised that they haven't added us to their website portfolio ater last season's award.

Not sure who was the first to use it in the prem, I only remember an article on it years ago when Croke Park in Dublin was relaid in 2002.

As mentioned, we won the award last year... Even if it is a plastic pitch.

Bit misleading that is. It's 100% natural grass reinforced with synthetic grass fibres. The synthetic fibres are there to keep the natural grass in place and prevent it being ripped up. It does not form part of the playing surface. It's a long long way from being a 'plastic pitch'.
