I've been a big fan of his ever since he was at Blackburn... however, possibly the worst business deal in our history, as we signed a player at a cost of some £40m investment who will barely play 40 games for us.

I don't blame the player, I blame the manager and the CEO who signed this deal off.

That's pretty fair. His talent isn't really the issue, as every time I've seen him fit, he is a very good player.

Where's the £40m figure come from? Wages and agents or something?

Also, he may be the new Benjani and stick around. He'd be useful to have as a reserve who could play a few games now and then.

Agree. He's never going to race around for thirty-odd matches a season but a bloody good spare to have off the bench and stand-in, and he has shown he can score with head or foot. Overpriced but that's the way people do business.

i see some people saying hes better than ade which i think is cleary wrong, if its just ade playing striker by him self with out tevez ade realy shows his class but rocky gels better with tevez so for the time being i woulld continue to play rocky but if the club asked me to get rid of either rocky or ade it would be rocky in a heart beat bcause if carlos gets injured ade is more than capable playing as a loan striker

i've always liked rsc as a mate of mine is paraguian and hyped me about his skill. I think he'll prove to be a very solid player for city AND I HOPE HE NETS TOMORROW
