I don't quite get how you arrive at that conclusion. Mancini has already stated that Carlos Tevez will be allowed to leave if a club meets our asking price, but as it stands no club has so Mancini is happy for him to remain a Manchester City player until his situation is resolved. But as for the likes of Bellamy, Adebayor, Bridge, RSC, SWP, Onuoha etc Mancini has categorically stated that they are not in his plans, will not be included in his Premier League or Champions League squads and need to find new clubs.
It is more crucial to the clubs finances that the deadwood are cleared and off the wage bill than Carlos Tevez........

I wouldn't "blame" him for anything today, but I'm just saying he could have done a better job at both goals, that's all. He could have had a better perception of where Klasnic was, and he could have either got to the ball before Davies or prevented him from making the jump.
I've been all for Lescott since after Christmas this year and continue to back him up. But still I think he could have done better today.

Personally I would have preferred Mata or Modric, but Nasri will do :)
