No I don’t! Capello’s a fool.
Yep, I was thinking along similar lines. It's better than the low of before Christmas, but still a good way off where we want to be. Unfortunately, especially the longer City go without scoring, you feel this team has at least one lapse per game in it.
Fabio fucking Capello. Can go fuck himself
Yep, he's a massive ****! He hardly set the world alight with his exciting brand of football when he was England manager, did he?
The thing is that his style has evolved many times and quite dramatically at times during his time at City.I've been a recent critic of Pep and believe his style of football needs to evolve to be considered the template for future success.

Reasoned criticism can be interesting to debate , but too much of the criticism amounts to 'because our results are poor(though by no means all of them ) It must be Peps ability to tactically plan' , ignoring the myriad of other problems in the squad.
Pep undoubtedly bears some of the responsibility for the squad but there is no particular reason to suppose that this is going to continue.
No overreaction from me but, the hard facts are we still have a squad, albeit ageing and injury prone that is massively underperforming on a number of levels. The thing is that his style has evolved many times and quite dramatically at times during his time at City.

Rodri is the only significant injury, possibly Bobb.No other manager could cope with the injuries we’ve had to significant players
That sums our season up
Bang on the money and I actually revisited conversations from after we beat Wolves this season away. Unbeaten, top of the league but I could sense this way of playing has become easier for teams to combat. The lack of Rodri is obviously telling and he is hugely missed but the slow build up doesn't work, espeically when the other team have a good shape and are stronger and faster to then get us on the transition, like we saw yesterday for the millionth time. Pep even spoke of it in the presser afterwards. He should know, time will tell if he can adapt and innovate again as he has done in the past. I see no reason why he can't but this seasons approach has been worryingThis point is often missed, even by blues. The tactics have evolved over time and it is reasonable to argue that the PL has developed a defence to where they are now. A new direction is needed and the worry is whether Pep is too stubborn to find one. He has spoken both in favour of further development and against it.
Personally I have argued often that a much faster tempo is required and I firmly believe that is the key issue. Currently we play into the opposition’s hands by giving them time to reset the low block.
It will be interesting to see the next phase. I’m not sure which path Pep will take.
Most of the football we play is not robotic and ultrasafe, the majority of matches we have lost have been due to cockups with a continually changing defensive line up due to injury and a midfield that is passed it. We are still the second highest goal scorers in the PL.No overreaction from me but, the hard facts are we still have a squad, albeit ageing and injury prone that is massively underperforming on a number of levels.
The football at times is robotic and ultra safe.
If we don't qualify for the CL with the 2nd highest wage bill in world football, the buck stops with Pep.
He's out greatest manager ever so, is allowed an off season to rebuild but, my fear is we don't seem to be making any progress and the malaise will spill over to next season.

Ake, Stones are always injured, KDB in the past and we've always coped.
Not many others managers would be given 180m in January to help.
Ake isn't always injured Stones' injuries have been worse this season and Akanji and Dias have been injured for much of the season plus Walker going awol. The only fit first choice player we have consistently been able to field at the back is Gvardiol.Rodri is the only significant injury, possibly Bobb.
