I've eaten that dish a fair few times in Scotland, also made it myself with peppercorn sauce. It's tasty, but yours is making me hungry thinking about it mate.
It’s easy, just mix up honey, oil, crushed garlic, I use the jars of it, works a treat. Put you chicken into this a leave for a few hours. Put your haggis in and sit the stuffed chicken on circular cuts of onion. These roast in the juice and are brilliant too. In an oven at 200 for 25 minutes. Take out and brush with more honey and pepper, back in for 5 to glaze. Boom.
