Went on EFC once when they seemed to be getting money in and none being spent and the cry was always 'Where's the Rooney money, Bill?' or similar! I posed the question from Jasper Carrot's show - Would Bill share the pot or steal it! It seemed to amuse a few of them. It was before we bought Joleoninho! I ne'er went back after!

Not sure if Reddit counts but I follow a few subforums on there. There is a poster on here that does a fine job of flying the flag for City on r/soccer (poorly named I know).

I'm more of a lurker than a poster around there though.
