Do you have a favourite ever goal?

Dave Watson. said it previously, I don't think I've ever seen a better headed goal... 2:08 secs

Remember it well, watched from the top of the stairs at the back of the platt lane as my dad was an OG early leaver. Possibly only Mick McCarthys thumping header v the rags comes close

Not so much the goal but the assist from Benarbia for the goat at Gillingham was unreal, a back heel for him to hit it on volley, fantastic bit of skill and finish to be fair
Was on the terrace at Gillingham that day ..I can still remember that pass and that goal
We'd all had a good drink( not much else to do in Gillingham!!) but I do remember that audacious back heel from Ali The Magician...and then the adroit rifled volley from Goater
Sublime.
Never mind York away ( I wasn't there )

Were you on the away terrace at Gillingham when Goater scored from Ali Bs sick pass?

Lofted.. right foot,.. back - heel pass.

I remember City had a few blues from t?he stock market London
I know Tina who ran the London branch was probably there
Sue from Stretford a very good friend of mine was there.. BM
As we walked out the ground at full time an excited whisper went round the Blues..
" We've signed David Seamen( or some other old veteran /top class keeper ,can't remember now
And we all went wow
That's if it was seaman.i can't remember might have been David James, you know what Keegans like
Anyway ..the hotel was shit,no late bar.
Never bin back since.

So many to choose from but for me it’s this.

Our greatest ever striker, in our greatest ever team, scoring a decisive goal that ultimately made the difference in winning the title - and what an atmosphere it was that night.

One of my favourite ever games and arguably the highest quality match in the history of the PL.

Liverpool dropped a 9.5/10 performance against us that night, we dropped a 10/10 to get us over the line.

In fact, we had to be so good to beat them that I remember wondering how anyone else was going to do the same. Turns out no one else beat them in the league again all season, but our incredible run of 14 straight wins outmatched the couple of draws they had.

I also think this was the best ever atmosphere at the Etihad. Better than Madrid in that it was more consistent, more hostile. It reminded me of the last Maine Road derby where everyone decided we had to win and were going to win no matter what.

An incredible goal and one I've watched so many times. It just shows Aguero's natural instinct for scoring. Moments before he'd been shoved by Van Dijk and was sat on his arse appealing for a pen as the ball came back out. Then he jumps up, anticipates the ball across and lashes it in. The atmosphere was superb. I remember Bernardo just running and running all night long. There were so many big moments. Stones off the line. Kompany potential red card. Then Sane getting the winner. We should have won more comfortably in the end but got the result we needed.

And then came one of, if not the most intense period of supporting City. Game after game needing to win! It was sweet but it wasn't half stressful!

Yeah, the second of my hat-trick for Poplar Street Primary School (Audenshaw) team in 1974, the ball came over my head on the edge of the box and I just volleyed it into the top left hand corner of the net.
I'm not too sure if any film of it exists as mobile cameras were the size of a Chieftain tank in those days.
