Prompted by the ‘Times in your life you wish you could go back to’ thread in a way...ah nostalgia
Standing in the checkout queue at my local supermarket when I happen across my first girlfriend from some 30 years ago.
We were both 15 at the time. When we split after a few months of going out I was gutted (she’d copped off with some w*nker on the school French-trip). Life can be cruel no ?
Have to say she was looking nice and I can’t say the years have been unkind (not sure what she thought about me!).
Anyways, got chatting about this & that, kids etc, blah blah but left the supermarket feeling that yes, even after all these years I still like her & can see why I fell for her.
Anyone else recall their first ? Or should I man-up ... I’ll get my coat now (can’t believe I just posted this).
