Do you support the RMT?

Fantastic Rally today.

Labour MP Nadia Whittome gave a great speech. She's also donated a couple of grand to the dispute fund.

Various unions spoke.

People have had enough and are voting accordingly.
Good to hear, mate, and great to see an MP give some of their bumper pay rise back to those who need it.

Rail is just the start of discontent within the wider workforce. Everybody can see those at the top taking a huge cut of the profits whilst they have been hamstrung with pitiful pay awards.

The worm is once again beginning to turn and apart from causing division, this government has no plan to deal with it.

Watching the news earlier and there were people who have travelled on the train and loved it - carriages part full - no crowds no crushes. I suspect the press and Govt have overcooked the "crisis - country at a stand still " malarky - for country see the South East.

Having said that my lad went from his home in York yesterday by train to see Charli XCX and was home this afternoon by train...... crisis? What crisis?

RMT got bang for their buck for sure - backfired on management and govt

they have no plan for anything which is why they are scared - Braverman doing a video raving her head off in an alleyway showed that
It’s been said for a while, this government is all mouth and no trousers. The fact that they can up NI to cover health and social care without actually showing anybody a plan of how it will be spent, said it all.

As has been mentioned, I’m a swing voter who will choose what I think brings the best to our country. I’m also a calm, none emotional type who doesn’t get angry just because I don’t like a certain policy that is made, but this government has got me the most outraged I’ve ever been.

For me, they are a national disgrace, an international embarrassment and should be universally loathed by the majority of the country. Just seeing Johnson’s slovenly persona should make people sit-up, and when you’ve got the likes of Sunak and Rees-Mogg in seats of power, everybody should understand that they do not do it for the good of the people, they do it for the good of themselves.

And, who votes them back in, those who have something to lose. The older voters who are looking after their dividends who don’t really give a fuck about those who will follow. That’s how you did divide a society, that’s how you keep yourself in power, when it should be seen as a responsibility, a responsibility that this government isn’t interested in.

Like he says, ‘Voters are sick of hearing about things I stuffed up’.

I'm overwhelmed today.

We had a rally on our picket line. The support from other unions was mind-blowing.

People are waking up and aren't taking shit off the government.

So much food was donated we took it to a food bank.

They have no plans because like Trump our PM Johnson is a campaigner - win or lose he has no plan - all he can do is campaign - in simple terms what people needed to do but didn't was - "Get Brexit Done" - Ok - what does that mean? - "oven ready" - Ok what does that mean? - the questions are not asked
