Do you think our current squad have enough desire?

I'm a bit worried that Spuds and Dippers want fourth more than our players. Perhaps John Terry should have a fling with Wayne Bridge's new girlfriend. Then they can win it for Wayne, if they don't want to win it for us.

Taken in by the Sunday Supplement mob I see. Thought you'd know better.

Why, what have those twats been saying?

I'm basing it on the ridiculous divisions in the camp since Hughes went and on the obvious piss taking of Wayne Bellamy and even SWP when it comes to their attitude towards our manager and then there's Barry, who obviously isn't capable of doing anything about his shite form and Adebayor, who comes across as being not particularly arsed one way or another and whose respect for the club and it's fans is just as suspect at City as it was at Arsenal. It's just a sense of things. I hope I'm wrong but I'm sensing some drift here.

So, you're basing it off of bollocks then

But Armaan, we spent £250 million on some of these players. Isn't that enough to buy us a bit of quality?
Its not about how much you spend Pam, its who you spend it on that really counts. We spent 250 million on a bunch of mostly average players, bar Tevez.

and Toure.

hello first post here so go easy on me here.I think we do have enough desire to finish top four just we havnt been getting any luck at all and a lot of descisions go against us so thats got to affect the team a bit

It's the way we play that seems like thay don't give a fuck, making runs by our front players is beyond pointless when the balls being played sideways at the back/midfield.

AGREED!

There is a lack of fluidity in our attacking play.....its too basic and easy to predict

That's purposeful, it's part of our tactic. It's called 'keeping possession and building play' and is a well respected part of most coaches toolbox.
