Do you use the Official City App?

Still on the phone to city club call regarding York tickets…

Hang up it sold out last week.
Went down to members,very little interest in it.
Corporate and travel partners are struggling to sell them,so some might comeback on sale.

It's ok, but should be signposted better.

I reckon the designer didn't take into consideration that people using it might just not be as clued up about all the features on it, and how to get to them, as he is.

Oh, and City.... ffs did you really have to take out the subscriptions for City+ this morning? Could it not wait a couple of days?
It was the shit flavoured cherry popped on top of the 'slap in the face' cake we all had a slice of yesterday!!

Seems the City app is a lot better than most clubs... I'm a rangers and city fan and only 2% of Rangers fans that I polled use the Rangers app regularly. I never use the CIty app right enough but maybe I should check it out.

I'm doing some work with some digital partners to the club and am looking to gauge opinion on the Official City app with a view to doing something better to connect and offer value for the support.

Im a City fan for the last 30 years so any insight would be much appreciated.

I use it for away ticket news/fixtures and I watch the highlights in it.

Too many notifications though. I would be delighted if you could select to disable women’s team news. I’m not Joey Barton or anything, I’m just not interested in the slightest.

Use it for a quick snap shot of fixtures when in the pub.

I regularly use it to check out the Fixture List (eg to find the KO time v Orient etc) and also check out the shop from time to time to see what’s new/ Sales etc

Use it mostly for fixtures, tables, team news.

Use it occasionally to listen to games and read articles. Couldn't find a nico Gonzalez article when I glanced earlier so that might be a flaw.

I use it for two things, team lineups and commentary, which it is good at to be fair.

I only downloaded it in the past week or so since I deactivated X and I think it's great, prefer it to the website/having the notifications on has opened me to more City content. I've caught up loads on the EDS games, watched the under 18's derby on Saturday and read some of the features on there which I've enjoyed - one about Coppell's 33 days especially.

I use it and I'm constantly being bombarded with updates ranging from ticket info away at Orient which I'm about million points away from getting or our goalkeeper Scott Carsons press up competition with Billy Bradshaw.

I get notifications to say the team news is out but when I open the app it always says, Team news not available.
I then go on the website and the team news is there.

I use FotMob for line up and stats etc.
