Does anyone have a gut feeling things could still go wrong?

In the back of my mind maybe but if we can't do it this time i'd be very suprised!
It was good to see us win so convincingly against the rags without Tevez which bodes well for us manage it this time, surley confidence has never been this high!!!

It's a bizarre situation to be in to be going into a cup final as hot favourites. I don't know how to feel about it.

Not being the plucky underdogs in a huge game, but the arrogant favourites, goes right against the grain for a City fan.

If we were playing Bolton I'd be a lot more confident, that's for sure.

Stoke are one of the toughest teams in the entire league to play when they are fired up (usually at their place but as their semi showed, also at Wembley).

I agree, however shouldn't them being fired up be a non-factor, because anyone thats at Wembley in an FA Cup final and can't get fired up, really shouldn't be playing the sport?

I hate to post something negative after being on cloud 9 for nearly 72 hours but now i've calmed down a bit I have to admit i'm worried.

Call me insane but I can't get out of my head that fact that Stoke could beat us at Wembley, we have an off day, get done by a De Lap throw (again) and we loose and that bloody banner stays ticking away the years.
We have not ever been able to handle Stoke since they came back up to the Prem and I just keep having nightmares about them.

And our bogey team Tottenham come and haunt us again just as were about to secure 4th.

Maybe it's years of being let down that's making me feel this way.
Anyone else feel the same?

Just for you pal

I agree that Stoke are a tough team, and yes I would prefer to have played Bolton. But although we will be favourites, I do not think arrnagnace has to go along with that. After the game on Saturday, I have a new found self belief that the team has worked through its issues and now believes. Therefore I do. So I want to see self belief not arragance.

Most bookies are giving about 8/1 on us not winning the fa cup or being in the top 4........Are the bookies wrong?
