He means at least four, the fourth would be summer 2010.
TBF though, he is talking about the squad, rather than just the first XI, so is that the match-day squad, the first team squad proper, or the whole first team squad?
It's actually only in the last few minutes I actually paid attention to "squad", and what he means by that.

Be very surprised if he's in charge this time next Jan, went today and i'm absolutley deflatted with todays result, all bare 2 or 3 players were awful no passion or conviction....get the feeling this richest club in the world tag is just to much for them and every team we play wants to get 1 over on us.....................just off to kick next doors cat! AAAAARRRRRRRRHHHH!!!!!
