Glad it amused you. That dog and it's handler have been awarded the Victoria Cross. The dog sniffed out a roadside bomb and the handler defused it whilst under heavy fire. A situation very few of you could ever imagine? but hey ho take the piss anyway you set of pricks.
What a nob.
Nobody is taking the piss. Its top.
Get off your high horse pal.

I remember watching a documentary about the how the U.S. had dogs performing the same role in the Vietnam war,
once the war ended the dogs couldnt come back to the U.S. and the soldiers were ordered to just abandon the dogs to fend for themselves,
they couldnt bare the thought of abandoning them to their fate after the bravery and loyalty that they had demonstrated through-out the war so the soldiers shot their own dogs... heart breaking stuff

Remember reading about this some years ago. It wasn't that the dogs had to stay, it was because the US government refused to pay to bring them home. It left a lot of handlers very upset as they had been through quite a lot with their dogs.

Surely deserves a feature in the March player photo!

Great reception for the little hero!

Hahahahahahahahahaha

I'm glad city took the oportunity to congratulate the armed forces in what ever way they can, even if it is through a couragous dog and its keeper. Would love to see what the rags had to say about that last night, probably laugh. I would just love to see the day they celebrate rememberance sunday with poppies on their shirts and provide seats for the armed forces.

Well done TREO... obviously Carlos heard and took the opportunity for his "trio".
