doing it hard

GCSE P.E 12 minute run exam killed me because it may not sound like much but i had to really go for it because i wanted the top marks and that took alot out of me to finish it but the feeling of satisfaction i got when i completed it and knew id pulled it off was amazing. Btw i got full marks incase anyone was wondering and got an A overall.

Ha everyone has their own limits fella...

Myself after a hard mma sparring session involving fresh opponents every 5minutes followed by curcuit training collapse with exhaustion, but "have" to get up because im getting battered... physically vomiting on some occasions, still have time for a smile.
Then after this cycle all the way home....

MMA are you crazy it is a step too far. Love the sport but would never think about doing it. Something about getting elbows to the eyes I dont like. Fair play to you.

Hmm depends on how far you wish to take it.
I've never come across gyms that have training sessions where people are using their elbows, not even Muay Thai sparring.

You can have amateur/semi pro fights where elbows/knees are not allowed.

I have just started a new fitness and diet regime called Power 90 by Tony Horton(got it from Demonoid).Once i have done that i am gonna start P90x then i can say that i am doing it hard.Youtube P90x and see what i mean.

last time i 'did it hard' must've been about ten years ago when two mates took me trials biking on the moors round Rochdale. I was a novice so spent all my time falling off then hefting the bike out of mud holes. We were out all fuckin day but i was determined not to be left behind. I was shaking for days afterwards.

last time I did it hard I ran up Croagh Patrick, which is this bad boy

It's the holiest mountain ever apparently.

I got half way up, got sick, asked a Yank for a fag and practically crawled back down.
