No major legislation has been passed. Any executive order he has made as been blocked in the courts.

He has rolled back regulation on environmental protections - and I don't mean global warming stuff I mean not letting companies pollute rivers etc.

He has tried to ban transgender people from serving in the army even though he himself is a draft dodger and no one in the armed services asked for him to do so.

Oh and whilst the American territory Puerto Rico has been left in ruins from a hurricane he's more invested in getting into arguments with black NFL players - which again, is probably why you like him.
