If this is 'open and shut' with Trump, then HRC is fooked.
The Russians played 'double agent' with them both.
If she hands over her servers and they're clean; cool.

HRC isn't fooked. HRC has had the FBI and Congress crawling up her arse for decades. Congress was camped up her arse for the last 5 years and got shit. Literally. HRC had her campaign emails hacked along with her campaign manager and dumped all over the net and still a big fat nothing. At some point in the next decade the penny will drop that the reason why HRC isn't fooked is that there was never anything to fook her with.

I never could understand what the big deal was about HRC's emails. It was all the US media banged on about. There was even Congressional hearings. I just thought it was weird.
In other news the courts have put a stop on Trump's transgender ban in the military. All that winning must be tiring.
You're mixing up your Labour Parties!
Bliar's Party was the Neolib/ Liberal 'New Labour Party' which was 'Thatcher-Lite'. That's where the Dems are now and maybe a touch more Thatcher-ish.
The Progressives are a light Corbynesque Labour Party wanting social progression and the Government working for the people, not Big Biz.
Hence why Sanders is running as an Independent, not a Dem, as he's more a Progressive type that the Dems purged their party of, in the last week or so. They fooked him over for the last time.
I just hope Keith Ellison jumps with him and let them keep Kamala Harris as their Obalinton hybrid offering...
If Trump survives this, the only thing that could get him is a second term is splitting the anti-Trump vote between a mainstream Democrat and an independent Sanders.
As to the Laboue party and the Democrats, there is a bit of synergy - I can't find the video but here's Bill Clinton's brilliant opening gambit at the Labour conference is 2002.

in the UK we have the Data Protection Act ...in the USA they have similar (which allows our data to be shipped abroad and allows us to access things like Paypal / Equifax etc) if people want to access that data they have to agree to comply ....if they don't agree to comply they can't access

They can't refuse. If the FBI has a warrant to access your servers in the commission of an investigation do you really think they would walk away just because you refused? Come on.
Besides the DNC server was hacked and dumped all over the net. You think if there was anything incriminating it wouldn't have been released to a fanfare, dancing girls and a big neon sign saying 'Look what we found!!'?
HRC is the GOP boogie woman. From emails to uranium deals, via whitewater and Vince Foster. Years of investigating has revealed the square root of fuck all. HRC is the most investigated woman on the planet and not a fucking sausage.
