From what I've read of Soros, it would appear he contributes to a lot of charitable causes that support democracy and help oppressed people. Not sure why you think he's a rat. Maybe because Putin doesn't like him?The public generally seems more aware of the reality of how things work and types of influences in politics. Rats like Soros will have to scatter under the floorboards and try and push their agenda in other ways since such people being in the public spotlight so much is counter-productive to their aims.
The rat comment is a reference to any person(s) that use money to influence politics for their own selfish agendas.
