It's not hard to see why Trump isn't taking a partisan stance with the US Intelligence agencies that have still failed to provide any substantive evidence of Russian hacking and that have been found, in the FBI's case, to have held considerable bias towards Clinton in the last election.

Is he supposed to stand there and berate Putin for something that he has no verifiable facts to back up? Personally, I don't think that would be a smart diplomatic move.
