I think that you are correct. In my defence I only watched the clip three times whereas I am quietly confident that @SWP's back has studied it on a loop until he was absolutely certain.I'm not a doctor but I have a good, you know what and I think he said 'I love everybody'

I love everybody. I think that is correct.
Now this will certainly come as a shock to many that I am not a psychologist but assuming Mr President did indeed utter those words then I think it shows a side of him previously hidden. Maybe he is just misunderstood.

Of course it was.
@SebastianBlue had a theory months ago about how he'll use a national crisis to keep in power.
Open a few states, get a spike in first and second wave cases. Lock them all down around mid October. And now he's calling postal ballots fraudulent as many Americans have copped onto him and demanded them for the Election.
I also agree with the theory of SB.
It seems to me he has two outs:
a) the lock down as mentioned and
b) getting the economy and trade war back on track with the latter against China working in his favour (blame for the virus, of course).
To straddle the waves, the Dems are going to need someone... inspiring and charismatic.
