He's going to "soft" demand (i.e. via Twitter) that Disney re-open. Just watch. He already ordered meat-packing plants to stay open. Between the jawboning and the executive orders he'll blame everyone else for going too slowly and count on the negative rate of growth change (the 2nd derivative) in deaths to convince himself (his cult? I don't know who else) that the problem is under control. Or he'll point to New York as the problem. And China. Definitely China. He's trying to create some type of "V" in the economy before the election.

Trump on DC becoming a State (per The Hill):


“D.C. will never be a state,” Trump told The New York Post during an Oval Office interview on Monday. “You mean District of Columbia, a state? Why? So we can have two more Democratic — Democrat senators and five more congressmen? No thank you. That’ll never happen.”

The District has a population of roughly 700,000, which is more than that of Wyoming or Vermont. The District does not have any voting power in Congress, as it has no senators and one nonvoting delegate in the House.
