Policies that keep creating conditions in distrust in the system of greed and capitalism and no real policing checks.
Tamir Rice and others were killed under Obama's watch and he did fuck all, but cried a few tears!
He knew what was happening and still did sweet FA about a system that was killing his people.
The powder keg would have exploded under his tenure as well, eventually.

You’re maybe overlooking that every time Obama tried to change anything, it was blocked by the Republican led senate.You might miss the calm, but the neoliberal policies would remain the same, but in a softer light.
