Donald Trump

Whilst I get this, this man's presidency wasn't created in a vacuum. It's been years of working class and BAME being lied to and being told 'incremental changes' is the thing. This gen is done waiting, looking at the gen before suffering. People sought hope, were promised it and have been let down.

What #45 is doing is what it is now, but the Dem party wash their hands off it and claim no blame. That's bullshit.

They created the monster they refuse to claim. They gave away control with poor policies and the monster rages, creating wanton havoc.

I don't understand why people don't see this.
Because you’re debating your utopia and others are looking at the real world and the fact that the GoP are stacking the judiciary with right wing lunatics (not conservatives) and racists to the extent that even if progressives get in in 2024, the country is stuck for the next three decades with a judiciary that will vote down everything.

Anyway, Biden winning in November should hopefully limit the damage somewhat before it becomes fatal to any chance of progress. Another 4 years of Trump and the damage may be too great.

God you just do not stop spouting bullshit.

Democrats spend entire presidencies repairing the damage done by the previous republican one and attempting to make slight progress, being blocked the entire way, then get blamed for being the reason the country isn't moving forward by people like you.

What would you like those working class people to have? Proper healthcare? Social support? Better Education? Higher minimum wages? Democrats have tried it all, only to be blocked by the Republicans.

And the fucking gall to whine about working class people being lied to by the democrats, when the Republicans have literally created their own propaganda network and spent tens of billions making it the biggest news source in America so they can pump out lie after lie after lie to manipulate people.

“Actually the democrats are responsible for Donald Trump” is just the absolute dumbest version of “both sides” I’ve ever seen. Reflects a very deep misunderstanding of the last twenty or thirty years of American politics.

What fucking utopia?

When are you fuckers going to realise that #45 is president? How did he get there? It doesn't matter the system if there was enough people that believed he would change their fortunes.

That fact is INDISPUTABLE as he's where he is now, making the changes that affect the US and the world.

It's dumb that none of you understand that there were not enough policies to drag people over to the democratic side to get Clinton in.

Stay in your bubble whilst the down ballots prove you wrong.

So explain why a Democratic isn't president right now? And don't give me your voting system bollocks as that's only a partial answer.

How did he get there?

You mean apart from the proven widespread voter suppression, gerrymandering, election fraud and collaboration with foreign powers?

We know how he got here, 40 years of republicans stacking the deck so that money decides elections, not voters, Fox News pumping out propaganda to take advantage of uneducated voters who don't realise the reason they're poor and uneducated is because the Republican party keeps them that way.

Christ, the way you talk you'd think Trump won the election with a landslide.

He lost the popular vote by a landslide and that's despite committing dozens of crimes along the way.

Yes everyone else is a dumb fucker and you’re in the know. Super.

My tagging of you wasn’t to start an argument (which was probably naive of me given your penchant for truculence), but to let you see that thinking “Trump or Biden winning ends with the same result” is idiotic. It doesn’t mean that at all. The two events aren’t remotely similar.

I knew you'd say this! Were Dems not complicit in gerrymandering? Are Dems not complicit in voter suppression even now? Maybe you don't know about the Charles Booker situation? You can blame the Dems for the GOP "stacking the decks", but they've had ample opportunities to redress this.

Fox is only one issue. keeping the voter "poor and uneducated" is a neolib trait which covers the Dems as well. Were they not party to mass incarcerations in the 80s and 90s with their "predators" and "super predators" bullshit?

It doesn't matter how #45 got there, which is what I said earlier, it matter that Dem policies weren't enough to convince more people to vote them in AGAIN!

It's not fucking hard to look past your nose.
