A very good article that. I can't even tempt my American relatives to engage on Trump. I suspect it's just too divisive (one is a guy who left the police years ago to go into teaching).

Where do your relatives live?

I am just curious if they are in high Trump support areas and so it’s more a instinctual way of trying to avoid being embroiled in debate (if they don’t like him) or to avoid having to defend their support of him (if they do like him)?

I see variation of the above here where I live (which is a ‘purple’ state.)

I remember one of the posters on here saying last time when he visited some relatives in Pennsylvania he saw wall to wall trump placards which surprised him as he was adamant Clinton was pissing it looking at polling/media.


Trump's campaign doesn't give a fuck about old media. They'll be some Cambridge analytica type shit going on where adverts will be targeted via social media. This has already been exposed but I've not seen anyone follow it up in the mainstream media.

A friend of mine we affectionately called Sir Gammon. His FB ads are full of stuff out on about illegal migrants earning £400 and staying in posh hotels which he tried to use to justify his argument. It makes me wonder what ads trump is sending out in that vein? As I'm not a targeted demographic I won't see them unless a trump fan shows me.

Ah! Another one who has chosen to blind himself from the facts.
The AR 15 isn't his. Belonged to one of the leaders of the Militia guarding businesses.

Somehow basic facts tend to evade so many. Again, I'll repeat. There is a complaint and a Response filed in court. Do yourselves a favor: Read it.

You can still conclude whatever suits you. But at least know the facts. That should be something everyone should want.
