I doubt it. He's keeping up the pretence of contesting the election so he can continue to collect donations from his dumbass supporters. That $3M he spent on a recount in Wisconsin is probably a fraction of what he's pocketed towards his own PERSONAL legal defence fund. The whole thing is just another grift.
