I’m sorry, once again, let me offer my concern for those posters who told us he was just a normal Republican and that Biden was just as bad. I’m growing concerned about their well-being — it’s been many weeks since we’ve seen or heard from them.
There’s no question — at all — that this tape is evidence of an impeachable offense, and a felony. It will get worse — far worse. The meltdown is just beginning. Wait until later this week. But whether he can enlist anyone — his enablers, his supporters, the military — to cause any real, tangible physical harm (other than relatively minor incidents), I am unsure.
No doubt the fabric of the Constitution and democracy generally has been damaged, but thanks to the judiciary and certain elected officials and bureaucrats, it should hold.
While I am still uneasy at arrest warrants for him for his time as President, I continue to believe he is in terrible trouble with the SDNY, and would prefer that be the route to his incarceration.

Looked at CNN, MSNBC and Fox. CNN and MSNBC are both reporting on the tapes while Fox is talking about how Nancy Pelosi might not be elected speaker (she will) and how new republican members of congress are screaming about having to wear masks in the chamber.
