the dirty bastards.
No, it's a technique that people hungry for rapid ascension into positions of power, victory or might have been using forever -- otherwise known as divide and conquer.
You can persist on seeing this as a battle between "left" and "right", in which case confirmation bias will never allow you to view the actual issue, which is this:
The fundamental belief that one's race determines one's inherent relative status as a human is wrong.
Just because I don't pick sides between the far left and right doesn't make me an appeaser that's just lazy and inconsistent of what a democratic mind is. I will never follow either and for me that's the correct stance.
Brexit voters have been labelled Nazis xenophobes and even traitors, this doesn't sit too well with me.
From what I've seen of American politicians, Tulsi Gabbard and Trey Gowdy would have been ideal candidates for the Democrats and Republicans respectively.
Instead, they were given what "southpark" described as a "douchbag and a shit sandwich".
THANK YOU! Why are people so obsessed with turning this into a two sided thing? The problem here is with white supremacists, Nazis and fascists. Do I like that some of the people responding to this are doing so violently? No I don't, but it's not that hard to understand either. Marching through the streets in support of a regime that gassed millions of men, women and children is bound to provoke an aggressive response from some quarters and yet some people are determined to make the two positions equivalent.
Also, the people who are taking huge amounts of glee in seeing people being "triggered" by these events are total scum. And no, I don't think someone who has a different political viewpoint to me is scum. Mass murderer is not a legitimate political viewpoint.
America must always reject racial bigotry, anti-Semitism, and hatred in all its forms. As we pray for Charlottesville, we are reminded of the fundamental truths recorded by that city’s most prominent citizen in the Declaration of Independence: we are all created equal and endowed by our Creator with unalienable right. We know these truths to be everlasting because we have seen the decency and greatness of our country.
