Just listened to some of that Trump speech in Arizona....one scary lunatic who just talks about himself all the time....nothing about the country. He totally lied about the content of his previous speech by leaving out the most important part...on many sides, on many sides!!!!.

I almost get the feeling that he is trying to prepare his base support for what may be about to happen to him with revelations from the Special Counsel about his past involving Russia etc. and his own financial dealings. Maybe he knows what's coming and certainly sounds very very desperate.

Incredible that his base support is still at 35% or so. That's more than one in three Americans who can't see him for what he is in spite of everything he says and tweets. It's not like they need to watch CNN or read the NYT to work it out when it's clear from what comes out of his own mouth and phone what a lying hypocrite he is.

I've just read bits of a book of notes from a locomotive fireman, a communist, from 1952-54. I thought this was a recent story, but he quotes it.
