Isn't that effectively sabotaging the ACA?
The ACA is expensive to run for the government, and Big Orange wants it gone.
So cut funding, making it more expensive for the people, and easier to argue about it being too expensive.
I think even Jeremy Hunt would baulk at that kind of act.

They do ...the USA has donated $3 billion a year since 2009 (without donations from the Jewish community) in a plan that will see a total of $30 billion over 10 years. Amazing that Israel can provide its citizens with free health care but the USA cannot. Even more amazing is that the population of the USA put up with it.
I'm sure Trumps ardent supporters are happy abt it. :)
