Also regarding Trumps cease and desist letter to Bannon, Trump would not want to be questioned or produce documents about the facts under dispute. He has lots of previous on threatening to sue but not following through with it.

This also makes crystal clear that Bannon is not backing off his remarks or claiming he was misquoted.
