I have a friend in the Dallas Fort Worth area who says its like theres no pandemic at all. People are just going about their business like it's not there.

It really depends on the area. It's huge, and there is loads of it that's sparsely populated, but in the east there's some massive metropolitan areas. DFW is about 6m; Austin, San Jose and Houston are all about 2 to 2.5m.

Democratic governors have tried their best but POTUS and the morons in Georgia, Florida and Texas have done their best to make it worse. The wearing of masks has become a political statement. If you wear one you're a pussy libtard and if you refuse you are a patriot. There haven't been any large indoor gatherings for months but Dumb Donald needed to have his ego stroked so they're now congregating indoors w/o masks.

At this point even Democratic governors have to give in since Fox "News" has lied to people for months about how it's all a hoax and no worse than the flu. People aren't listening and businesses are doing whatever they want.
