This isn't your normal criminal in the street though. It's a Presidential candidate in one of the most high profile Democratic elections in the world.
Regardless of how anyone feels about him the ramifications, with that background, would be immense, and not pretty.

A normal criminal in the street would not say that they could shoot someone in the street and get away with it. Trump did.
