Sometimes ponder what Alistair Cooke would have said about the orange moron in his Letter from America.

Now that's a thought and a reminder of how far away we are now from Cooke's America.

(On the matter of speaking/writing style alone, Cooke liked to edit out the word "very" from the final version of his scripts; quite different from the hyperbole-prone guy for whom everything is either the greatest or most terrible.)

Taking out most adverbs will improve any article or speech, especially "bigly".
